Scootility, a Canadian startup, introduces a stand-on electric scooter with a cargo bin. It’s mechanically simpler than an e-bike, yet compact and maneuverable, providing 140 liters of lockable storage.

The company claims that the cargo boxes and battery packs on the deck can be easily swapped, enabling a delivery rider to return to base and swiftly prepare for another delivery.

Scootility is beyond the conceptual stage but not yet ready for production. The company has teamed up with Engineering Design Lab in Toronto and the industrial design firm Springtime in Amsterdam to create two prototypes. They are currently seeking funds to progress further.
