Introducing the Golde House, one of the most exclusive tiny homes in the world. It boasts a striking mirrored gold glass exterior and a luxurious interior, with a price tag of $250,000. Designed by Estonian designer ÖÖD, the home has a sleek rectangular shape, finished with special golden-shimmer glass and wooden cladding at the back.
The home measures 25 ft (7.9 m) long and 10 ft (3.3 m) wide, with a total floor space of 283 sq ft (26.3 sq m). Most of this area is a spacious, light-filled multipurpose room that feels warm and inviting. High-end features include oak paneling, underfloor heating, and gold accents.
The multipurpose room has seating and a coffee table, with a compact kitchen to the right, equipped with a gold sink, fridge, and cabinets. At the other end, the bedroom features a double bed and a large storage unit.
The Golden Home includes a bathroom accessible from the kitchen, featuring a wall-mounted toilet, sink, shower, and storage space. The shower offers lovely outside views while maintaining privacy thanks to the mirrored glass finish.
The Golden House connects to standard RV power but can be upgraded for off-the-grid living with solar panels. Only 79 units will be made: 30 will be sold in Europe and the U.S., while the rest will go to the Middle East and other locations.
